Lumara Jewels is an online fine jewellery store specialising in 18K white gold rings with premium large centre stones, delivering worldwide. These terms govern your use of our website and the purchase of any products through our store. If you do not agree with any part of these terms please do not use our store or place an order. Lumara Jewels reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Products and Descriptions
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images and specifications are accurate and up to date. However we do not warrant that all content is entirely error-free, complete or current. All products are subject to availability. Product colours and stone appearances may vary slightly due to screen settings and photography. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice. All stones are premium quality unless otherwise stated in the product listing.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards and payment methods available at checkout. Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been confirmed. In the event of a pricing error we reserve the right to contact you and offer a revised price or a full cancellation and refund.
4. Orders and Cancellations
Once an order is placed it enters our dispatch system promptly. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel or amend your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request however we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched. If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason a full refund will be issued without delay.
5. Delivery and Shipping
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and may vary due to factors outside our control including customs processing, carrier delays and public holidays. Lumara Jewels is not liable for delays caused by third party carriers or customs authorities. Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order has been dispatched and a tracking number has been issued.
6. Returns and Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy on all orders. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused, in its original condition and returned in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Items that have been worn, resized, engraved or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return. To initiate a return please contact our support team with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was faulty or incorrect. Refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days of receiving your returned item.
7. Product Care and Warranty
Lumara Jewels pieces are crafted from premium 18K white gold however proper care is required to maintain their appearance and longevity. We recommend keeping jewellery away from water, perfume, lotions and harsh chemicals. Normal wear and tarnishing over time is not covered under any warranty. If you receive a faulty or damaged item please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
8. Privacy and Personal Information
We collect personal information solely for the purpose of processing your order and providing customer support. We do not sell, trade or share your personal information with third parties except where required to fulfil your order or comply with legal obligations. By placing an order you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

All content on the Lumara Jewels website including product images, text, logos and branding is the property of Lumara Jewels and may not be reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission. The Lumara Jewels name and associated trademarks are protected and may not be used without authorisation.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law Lumara Jewels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our store shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts. If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
